Spa Trainer & Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a passionate Spa Trainer & Business Development Manager to help with the day-to-day management of our expanding professional business both here in the UK and overseas.

Hours: Full Time

Contract: Permanent

Salary:DoE

Primary Responsibilities
- Identify & convert new spa accounts (a willingness and flexibility to travel is a must)
- Manage existing spa/salon accounts
- Review and develop treatment menus
- Conduct regular business analysis and development opportunities
- Conduct all therapist training
- Provide support and tools to spa managers to boost upselling/retail opportunities
- Oversee development of all new treatment protocols and training materials
- Collaborate with formulation team to develop new or signature treatments
- Liaise with marketing team on new product / treatment roll-outs and in-spa merchandising
- Attend relevant trade exhibitions to keep on top of industry trends

The ideal candidate will be:
Someone commercially minded and passionate about organic skincare products and treatments.
The business is doubling in size every year so things move at a rate of knots. We need someone experienced and with bags of initiative.

Other key traits & experience required:
- Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- CIDESCO qualification ideal but not imperative
- Experience within a spa training or management position
- A positive and problem-solving attitude
- Confident negotiating skills

Junior Social Media Manager

Pai Skincare is looking for a social media guru! As part of our growing Marketing & PR team you’ll be responsible for creating beautiful, engaging content for our social media channels and using these channels strategically to meet wider marketing & PR goals.

Hours: Full Time

Contract: Permanent

Salary: DoE

Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating content for Social Media – imagery, copy and video.
- Planning Social Media calendars in line with wider Marketing & PR calendars.
- Reviewing and analysing Social Media performance against key KPIs.
- Blog management: posting and editing posts.
- Online PR & Blogger outreach: forging new relationships with key partners and growing existing ones.

You’ll also support the Marketing & PR team with wider projects including:
- Managing the press office: send outs, reacting to call-ins.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- Awards tracking: monitoring and compiling award entries.
- Supporting Marketing & PR events.

The ideal candidate will be:
- Passionate about social media and up to date on the latest trends, developments and innovations.
- An exceptional copywriter, with the ability to adapt writing style for different platforms – online and offline.
- Creative with a keen eye for photography and design.
- Confident analysing data using relevant data analysis tools (eg – Google analytics, Twitter analytics) and reporting back to the rest of the team.
- Friendly and personable and confident forming new relationships with online media and key contacts.
- Educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above, ideally with 1-2 years on the job experience.

Production Assistant

Pai Skincare is recruiting for an unflappable Production Assistant to help us with the day-to-day manufacturing of our organic skincare products.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.

Experience working within a factory, especially in cosmetic or food preparation, is ideal but not essential.
