Website Developer - UK

We are recruiting for a Website Designer, based at our offices in West London.

Working closely with our PR and Social Media team members, you'll be responsible for creating compelling content for our 6 e-commerce websites.

A key part of the role will be creating email newsletters - we would expect you to have a strong interest in email marketing.

You should be aware of best practice in website design and online marketing, and keen to champion new technologies and techniques.

If you enjoy working in a fast paced start-up environment, with speedy career progression and share options after a qualifying period, then get in touch.

While relevant experience and an excellent track record is certainly a plus, we value passion and energy more.

Operations Manager - UK

We are recruiting for an Operations Manager, based at our offices in West London.

Customers in Manchester, Los Angeles, Toronto or Berlin can place an order today and get it delivered tomorrow....for free, which we think is pretty cool.

If that kind of incredible service, built on in depth knowledge of international trade, customs, carriers, technology and operations systems excites you, then we'd like to hear from you.

Pai operates 6 international websites, two warehouses (London and Toronto) and has distributors all over the world. They all need stock and they need someone to make sure everything happens, with issues solved before they become problems.

Full training on all systems and technology will be provided.

Experience in international trade and/or operations would be useful.

Customer Services Manager - UK

We are recruiting for a Zen Master Customer Services Guru to handle all email and telephone based customer services, and also manage the roll out of other channels, including Chat and Knowledge Base.

You will be responsible for ensuring that Pai's customer services are the best they can possibly be.

You will want this job because providing an amazing customer experience every time is your passion not just a paycheck.

Think this will be all about sorting out delivery issues? Think again, you will need to become an expert in all our products, skin issues and the sector (just like the rest of us :-)

If you like a challenge, can empathise with customers and are driven to provide excellent customer service, then this might just be the perfect job for you!

PA to the MD / Office Manager - UK

We are looking for a bright, resourceful, and super organised individual to join our busy team as PA to Sarah and Ed, the two Directors.

You would also be responsible for office management duties - ensuring the seamless and convivial running of our HQ.

The right person is someone who can spot issues, create systems and is really proactive.

The company is growing at close to 100% per year and that means change and disruption and your job will be to impose order where before there was chaos!

We're looking more for a Monica rather than a Rachel, and definitely not a Joey (in terms of personality traits - you can be any gender and an in-depth knowledge of Friends will not be tested at interview).

Production Manager - UK

Pai Skincare is a premium sensitive skin care brand with a range of natural and certified organic products.

Most Cosmetics start-ups outsource their formulation and manufacturing operations to "the experts".

We do things a little differently and have our own formulation and manufacturing teams at our West London HQ.

As a result we've won lots of awards for our products and have grown 100% year on year since launching.

With growth comes opportunities and lots of challenges.

Pai has a start-up culture where everyone works hard and is expected / challenged to take on projects outside their job description that they feel passionate about.

The successful candidate for the production manager role will be highly organised, precise and ambitious.

Experience working within a laboratory and operating cosmetic manufacturing equipment is important, although we would consider applicants with relevant experience from other industries, such as food, dairy and paint.

The production manager is responsible for two production staff and assisting with:
- Production scheduling
- Production operations
- Following quality and health & safety processes.

Part of the role is to improve our systems and processes as we scale up to larger batch sizes, introduce new equipment to the production process and assist with the planning and set-up of our next production facility.

The Production Manager will work closely with the formulation chemists to improve existing products and bring new ones to market.

Salary: 25,000 with regular salary reviews
