Returns Information

You may cancel any order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

If we have delivered the wrong product or one that is faulty in some way, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

Because we cannot offer refunds on products that are not faulty, we would urge you to try our free samples before ordering.

If you are unhappy with a Pai product for any other reason, then please contact us.

We may at our discretion replace it with an alternative as we want your to be happy.

Please note that if you bought a Pai product from another retailer, you should always return it to them.
