Pai Skincare Limited (“Pai”) provides the services available on this website (the “Site”) to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Any contract between us, whether for use of the Site or in relation to the purchase of products or services through the Site, will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Any contract will be communicated in English.

2. We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this Site, however we cannot guarantee that the information will always be completely up to date and free of mistakes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pai disclaims all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this Site.

3. Pai shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. You should be aware that the internet is not a completely reliable transmission medium. Pai does not accept any liability for any data transmission errors such as data loss or damage or alteration of any kind, including, but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential damage, arising out of the use of the products or services referred to herein. In addition, Pai does not accept any responsibility for the security or confidentiality of information transmitted across the internet to or from Pai and any such transmission of information is entirely at your own risk.

4. Please note that all products and services available on the Site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services. We reserve the right to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

5. This site may be linked to third party websites or contain information provided by third parties. Pai does not make any representation as to the accuracy or completeness of such websites or information, have not and will not review or update such websites or information, and caution browsers that any use made of such websites or information is at their own risk. Pai does not accept any liability arising out of the information contained on any linked website or information on this site provided by a third party and the use of such sites and information is at your own risk.

6. The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Pai.

7. All of the names, logos, trademarks, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written materials that appear on the Site are owned or controlled by or licensed to Pai. These materials are subject to copyright, trademark and trade dress laws and the unauthorised use or reproduction of these materials is a violation of law. Except solely for your own personal and non commercial use no part of this web site may be copied, broadcast or adapted without the prior written permission of Pai Skincare Limited. Nothing on this site should be considered as granting any licence or right under any trademark of Pai or any third party.

8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

9. Pai reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this Site.

Pricing

All products are priced in UK Pound Sterling are inclusive of VAT (at the current rates) and are exclusive of delivery charges.

Shopping

By placing an order on our website, you are thereby agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. After placing an order online, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order. We may not accept your order if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy policy below). If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Delivery Our standard postal charge is £3.00 per order to UK mainland. Orders to the value of £30 or above will be delivered free of charge. For international orders, please contact us.

We use First Class recorded service from Royal Mail. A signature will be required upon receipt of the parcel.

Allow between 3 to 5 working days for delivery. If the goods are not delivered within that time, please contact us by email at info@paiskincare.com quoting your order reference number. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Returns & Refunds

All our items are carefully checked prior to despatch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for a full refund. It must be returned within its “best before” date (found on both the outer box packaging and base of product bottle or jar). Please contact us at info@paiskincare.com to inform us of your wish to return the goods.

You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment used.

Privacy

We make a commitment to protect your privacy and promise only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the European Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (2002/58/EC) and other laws and regulations that may come into force from time to time. We will not pass your information on to any third party.

Please note that all credit/debit card information that you provide upon payment is dealt with by Worldpay in a secure environment. Pai has no access to this information.
