We have to put in Terms & Conditions so everyone knows where they stand. Because we try and make our products simple and straightforward, we have done our best to avoid using legalese!
Pai Skincare Limited (“Pai”) provides the services available on this website (the “Site”) to you subject to the following terms:
1. We are based in West London, so any contract to buy Pai products will be covered by the laws of England and Wales.
2. To err is human and we have done our best to ensure that all the information on the site is up to date and accurate, but we can't guarantee it.
3. If anyone hurts themselves or property is damaged because people have used the information on the site, then we're not liable. Pai uses the strongest possible encryption to protect personal data, but the Internet isn't 100% secure so you do transmit data at your own risk.
4. The products on the site are for your personal use - so no reselling. If you would like to apply for a wholesale account, you only have to ask!
5. We've worked very hard to build the Pai brand, so you can't copy the names, logos, trademarks, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written materials on the Site. If you are selling Pai products, just get in touch and we'll provide anything you need.
6. We price everything in UK Pound Sterling and include VAT...but not delivery, which varies according to where you live.
7. When you place an order you agree to our very reasonable terms and conditions. We will deliver it so long as it is paid for, in stock and we don't think it is fraudulent.
8. Our Returns policy is here. You can return any product that is unused or faulty for a refund (within 14 days). If you are unsure which product to buy, you can order free samples here. We don't refund if a product has been used, although we may, at our discretion, replace it for an alternative as we want you to be happy.
9. Your privacy is very important to us. We will never sell, loan or leave lying around your personal information. We are also registered with the Data Protection Registrar.
10. We might need to update these terms in the future, so we'll reserve the right to do that and post them here. |
