STEP 1. Gentle Genius™ Barrier Care Replenishing Body Wash: massage into wet skin and let it transform from cream to foam. Take a moment to enjoy it. Rinse off, knowing your skin's already in better shape than when you stepped in.

STEP 2. Gentle Genius™ Barrier Care Wet Skin Moisturiser: while your skin is still damp (this bit matters), smooth the Wet Skin Moisturiser all over. It's designed to glide on wet skin, so keep it in the shower for easy reach. A little goes a long way. Pat dry gently, let it absorb fully, then get dressed.

What's included in the Soak & Seal System and how does it work?

You get two full-size products: the Replenishing Body Wash (250ml) and the Wet Skin Moisturiser (200ml). They're designed as a sequential in-shower routine. The Body Wash cleanses and deposits barrier-repairing actives (the "soak"), then the Wet Skin Moisturiser is applied to still-damp skin to lock that hydration in (the "seal"). The whole routine happens before you reach for your towel.

Who is the Soak & Seal System designed for?

It was developed for dry, very dry, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin. Both products are dermatologist tested and approved after 96-hour patch testing on sensitive skin, pregnancy safe, and suitable from age 3+.

How do I use the Wet Skin Moisturiser? Do I really apply it on wet skin?

Yes, and the timing is the whole point. After rinsing off the Body Wash, apply the Moisturiser all over while your skin is still damp, then towel dry. The plant-derived squalane in the formula forms a breathable occlusive layer that traps water in your hydrated skin before it can evaporate. It's formulated with a fast-absorbing natural ester emollient, so there's no greasy residue and no waiting around.

Can I use the Soak & Seal System alongside the Gentle Genius Soothing Body Cream for extra-dry skin?

Absolutely. For very dry or eczema-prone skin that needs additional support, use the Soak & Seal System in the shower, then follow with the Soothing Body Cream on any areas that need it once you've towelled off. The Body Cream provides clinically proven 24-hour hydration and shares the same ceramide complex and oat lipid foundation, so the three products work as a complete barrier care routine rather than layering unrelated formulas.

What certifications does the system carry, and what's it free from?

Both products are COSMOS Natural certified (Soil Association), Vegan Society approved, and Leaping Bunny cruelty-free. They're free from sulfates, parabens, silicones, mineral oil, PEGs, synthetic fragrance, and alcohol. Packaging uses 50% post-consumer recycled content and is 100% curbside recyclable.

Why do both products share the same core actives?

The Body Wash deposits actives during cleansing, then the Moisturiser delivers a second dose that works continuously as a leave-on. Two delivery events in one shower means more reaches the skin than either product could achieve alone.
