This promotion is operated by Pai Skincare Limited and is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate families.

Customers must register for the Pai Skincare Black Friday waitlist and place a qualifying order through www.paiskincare.com between 00:00 GMT on 18ᵗʰ November 2026 and 23:59 GMT on 2ⁿᵈ December 2026. Waitlist registration opens on 5ᵗʰ November 2026 and must be completed before the qualifying order is placed.

Ten eligible customers will be selected at random to receive a full refund of one qualifying order, including any delivery charges paid. Each customer will receive one entry regardless of the number of orders placed. Where a customer places multiple qualifying orders, the first qualifying order will be eligible for the refund.There is no minimum purchase requirement. Orders cancelled or refunded in full will not qualify. Where products have been returned, any prize refund will be limited to the amount actually paid for products retained, together with any delivery charge not already refunded.
The ten winners will be selected using a verifiably random computer process, or under independent supervision, by 9ᵗʰ December 2026. Winners will be notified by email using the address provided when registering for the waitlist. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 30 days of the promotion closing.
Entry does not require consent to receive ongoing marketing communications. Personal information collected in connection with the promotion will be processed in accordance with Pai Skincare's Privacy Policy.

Information confirming that prizes have been awarded, ordinarily the winners' surnames and counties, will be available upon request to support@paiskincare.com. Winners may object to the publication or disclosure of their details, although information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.
