Directions

Massage one pump into clean, dry skin morning and night. That's it. No complicated rituals, no ten-step routine.

Hyaluronic Acid works best on slightly damp skin, so if you've just spritzed with a toner, even better. Follow with your favourite Pai moisturiser to lock all that hydration in.

A little goes a long way. One pump covers your whole face and neck, so your bottle should last around two months.

Once all the product has been dispensed, unscrew the pump from the bottle to separate the pump, cap and pouch from the glass bottle. Place the glass bottle into your household recycling. Place the pump, cap and pouch into your Pai mailer for delivery back to us.

All Pai boxes, cartons, sleeves and inserts can be recycled with your household paper recycling.

The majority of your Pai packaging can be recycled at home, but some components need specialist recycling. We've partnered with a specialist programme to make this as easy as possible for our UK customers.

Keep your Pai mailer box (it can be flat packed for easy storage). Fill it with the packaging elements you can't recycle at home, and clearly label the box RECYCLING. Create your free returns label and drop it off at the post office.

Please note we are unable to accept glass or non-Pai packaging. Glass bottles can be separated and placed into your household recycling.

    We use jojoba oil to smooth and soften because its composition is so similar to our own skin’s natural sebum. This means our skin welcomes it onboard, absorbs it easily and doesn’t kick up a fuss.

Should I apply Back To Life to dry or damp skin?

Damp skin, always. Hyaluronic Acid works by drawing in available water, so applying to slightly damp skin gives it more moisture to pull into the deeper layers. Pat it on after cleansing, before your skin fully dries.

Can Back To Life replace my moisturiser?

Not quite. As a serum, Back To Life delivers Hyaluronic Acid deep into the skin, but you'll need a moisturiser on top to lock that hydration in. Think of it as the drink, and your moisturiser as the lid.

Hi, I was wondering if can you use Back to Life serum on its own without a moisturiser on top please? I'm 51 with perimenopausal skin, I do t like to feel to much on my face but still would like hydration. Thank you.
Hi Sally! We don't recommend using our Back To Life Serum in place of a moisturiser as it won't protect against moisture loss in the same way that a moisturiser will. We like to think of serums as feeding the skin, whilst creams protect it. However, you can alternate by using the serum alone in the morning and moisturiser in the evening, or vice versa.
