How to return a product
If you would like to return or exchange any product under our 30 day satisfaction guarantee, please email our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org or follow these instructions:
Please select Customer Return Form to complete a short returns questionnaire and using the Royal Mail free return label in your recent order, post the product* including your name and order number to us within 7 days of completing the form.
*If requesting a full-refund, any gift with purchase will need to be included or a partial refund issued.

Terms & Conditions for 30 Day Guarantee
- Refund of outward delivery charge excludes express expedited shipping and couriers.
- Please use our tracked Royal Mail free returns label to return any products to us.
- Guarantee may only be used once per product and once per order. e.g. if you order our Echium Eye Cream, you can return it once for a refund or exchange under the Guarantee.
- This guarantee is valid for consumers and is not valid for business purchasers. Instead, please contact our Business Development Team if you have a business related requirement.
- If you purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them.
- Excludes Trial sizes, Gift Sets and non-cosmetic products such as Muslin Cloths. These items are covered by our standard Returns Policy.
